1. Agreement and operator
These Terms and Conditions govern the private community at teamlegendld.com, operated by Team Legend Leadership Development (“Team Legend,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to members, owners and administrators using the community.
By creating an account or using the community after being presented with these Terms and a reasonable opportunity to review them, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the community. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
The Community Rules form part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice explain our data practices; agreeing to these Terms is not a substitute for consent where a particular use of information requires it. These Terms do not replace a separate financial-services, employment or independent-contractor agreement.
2. Invitations and membership
The community is invitation-only. Membership is currently free. Accounts and invitations are personal and must not be sold, transferred or shared. An invitation does not guarantee admission to every hub or continued access after a membership restriction.
Hub access depends on membership and the hub's joining rules. Administrators may approve or decline requests according to the community's purpose and applicable law. Do not bypass an invitation, access restriction or suspended account by registering another account.
We will not automatically charge you for the current free membership. Any future paid offering must disclose its price and terms and obtain your agreement before a charge or subscription begins.
3. Your account and security
Provide accurate registration information, keep your contact details current and use only your own credentials. Keep passwords, invitation links, recovery links, authenticator codes and session credentials private. Notify us promptly at support@teamlegendld.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We do not ask you to post credentials or send one-time codes in community messages.
You are responsible for your own use of the account and for taking reasonable steps to protect it. Account activity is not automatically proof of your authorization if your account was compromised. Owners and administrators must use the multi-factor authentication required by the production access policy. Do not misuse administrative privileges or grant access you are not authorized to grant.
4. Community purpose and financial boundaries
The community supports discussion, general education, business updates, events, messaging, Book Club and professional recognition. It is not a financial account portal, transaction or order-entry service, confidential client-document exchange, individualized financial-advice channel or emergency service.
Do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, financial statements, tax documents, individualized financial plans, client records or another person's confidential information. Use the appropriate approved business channel for those matters. A post, message, event, badge or displayed rank does not by itself create a professional advisory, employment, agency or licensing relationship.
Information shared here is not a guarantee of income, investment performance, promotion or business results. Seek advice suitable to your circumstances from an appropriately qualified professional through the proper channel. These boundaries do not remove duties that applicable law or a separate professional relationship imposes.
5. Permitted use and conduct
Use the community lawfully and respectfully, within your authorized hubs. In particular, do not:
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate or deliberately deceive another person; post unlawful content; or disclose someone's private information without authority.
- Send spam, repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop, or use community access for unauthorized solicitation, member-list harvesting or unrelated promotion.
- Publish fabricated testimonials, unsupported earnings or performance claims, misleading credentials or false promotions.
- Upload malware, test or attack systems without permission, automate abusive activity, evade security controls or access another person's account or private content.
- Copy or distribute material without permission, manipulate activity points, fabricate RSVPs or coordinate artificial reactions and engagement.
Good-faith criticism, honest reviews, lawful complaints and protected reporting are not prohibited merely because they are unfavorable to Team Legend. Nothing here prevents lawful communications with regulators, law enforcement or legal advisers, or other legally protected disclosures.
6. Content ownership and permission
You retain ownership of content you lawfully create. Submit only material you own or have permission to use, including permission to share another person's information or image where required.
You grant Team Legend a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce as technically necessary, format and display your submitted content to its authorized audience, and to process it for delivery, security, moderation and support. We may allow service providers to perform these functions on our behalf. This permission is limited to operating the community and handling permitted retention; it does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising use of your identity, endorsement or content.
Removal or account closure may not immediately remove copies already delivered to others or records retained under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. The license continues only as needed for those permitted purposes. Team Legend's branding, software and materials supplied by us or our licensors remain protected. Access does not authorize resale, unauthorized publication or redistribution of those materials. Respect any additional license attached to a resource.
7. Official information and third party materials
Only authorized administrators may publish official announcements or professional advancements. A member's statement is not automatically an official statement or endorsement. Displayed ranks are community records, not independent proof of a license, corporate title, employment status or entitlement to compensation.
Book Club participation does not include a license to upload or distribute a copyrighted book, audiobook or paid resource. Use lawful links and permitted excerpts. Purchase or obtain access to third-party materials separately when necessary.
If you believe content infringes your rights, email support with the relevant location, a description of the rights and material involved, and enough information for us to assess the concern. This contact is not a representation that we have registered a designated statutory copyright agent.
8. Events and Pay Cycle information
Check an event's current time, timezone, cancellation state and joining instructions. An RSVP records your response; it does not guarantee that the event will occur or establish attendance. Organizers may change or cancel events and should communicate changes through the community where practicable.
External meeting, book and social-media services have their own terms and privacy practices. Follow the organizer's recording notice and obtain any legally required permission before recording or redistributing a meeting. Community membership is not blanket consent to recording.
Pay Cycle displays administrator-published WFG schedule information. It is not a payroll, commission-calculation or payment service. Verify compensation, eligibility, submissions and deadlines through the appropriate WFG or authorized business channel. A screenshot, checklist or reminder does not amend an external agreement or guarantee payment.
9. Points and recognition
Community points, levels and badges recognize participation under the configured activity rules. They are not money, securities, commissions, wages or a promise of financial benefit. They do not independently qualify a member for a real-world professional rank or license.
Administrators may correct mistakes, reverse improper awards and address manipulation. Changes must be based on legitimate administration of the system, not retaliation for a lawful complaint or honest review. No cash redemption or prize entitlement is created by the points system.
10. Privacy and communication
Respect other members' settings and authorized audiences. A private community is not a guarantee that a recipient will never copy or disclose content. Do not redistribute private conversations, member contact lists or confidential material without permission, except where law permits or protects the disclosure.
Messages are stored and are not end-to-end encrypted. Administrators can review reported messages with associated report and conversation details; the ordinary administrator role does not provide unrestricted browsing of every DM. Authorized technical personnel may access underlying information when necessary for maintenance, security, support or a lawful requirement, as described in the Privacy Policy. Moderation does not mean every message is reviewed in real time.
11. Moderation and ending access
We may restrict content, revoke invitations, remove hub access or suspend or end an account when reasonably necessary to address a rule violation, a security risk, unauthorized membership, legal obligations or discontinuation of the service. Responses may include a warning, content removal or immediate restriction depending on seriousness. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will explain a restriction and allow you to contact support to request reconsideration. We need not give advance notice when that would compromise safety, an investigation or a legal obligation.
You may stop using the community and request account closure through support. Access termination does not itself erase all content, moderation records or backups. Retention and privacy requests are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law, not an automatic fixed deletion deadline.
12. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to operate and protect the community, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free software, permanent availability of a feature or verification of every member statement. Features may be maintained, changed or discontinued. We will give reasonable notice of material service changes where practicable and required by law. No entitlement to a future course system or other unlaunched feature is created by these Terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without additional implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost business profits resulting from community use. These qualifications do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other misconduct where exclusion is prohibited, or remove mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights. They do not excuse our failure to meet a non-excludable duty.
13. Complaints and applicable law
Contact support with the issue, relevant account or content details, and the outcome you seek so we can try to resolve it. This is not a mandatory procedure that prevents urgent relief, a regulator complaint or a claim within a legal deadline.
Applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections, and the courts with authority over a dispute are determined under the legal rules that apply to that dispute. These Terms do not impose compulsory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive foreign forum, and do not remove a right to use a competent court or regulator.
14. Changes and general terms
We will identify the effective or revised date of changes. Material changes will be communicated with a reasonable opportunity to review them before they apply, except where a lawful urgent change requires different timing. We will obtain agreement where required. Changes are not automatically retroactive merely because a new version is posted.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a permanent waiver. These Terms and the Community Rules govern use of this community without overriding applicable law or a separate agreement for another service.
